The terminology of ‘urban farming’ does not do any justice to the concept of developing green spaces (another understatement) in otherwise wasted city spaces. Why limit farming/gardening/any sort of landscaping to the suburbs or rural areas? I’m going to keep working on my greenish thumb (note: water the hell out of it, fondly stare at it a lot and hope for the best)– so don’t be surprised if The Woodland turns into some kind of urban-apartment-balcony-garden-installation company.
